Even if it’s a stop sign, you have to follow the officer’s instructions. I mean, if there’s a stop sign, but the officer tells you to move on, you gotta listen to him.

You should not do so, it is forbidden to overtake when there is continuous double yellow line, because,  each line corresponds to a sense of circulation. It is also forbidden to overtake in corners, because you do not have good visibility and it is a dangerous automobile maneuver.
