Anxiety is a common mental health condition characterized by excessive worry, fear, and unease. It can manifest in various ways.

What is depression?

Depression is a  mood disorder that can negatively affect how a person thinks, feels, and acts. It's more than just feeling sad; it's a persistent state of low mood and loss of interest in activities, impacting daily life. Depression can range in severity and presentation from person to person, and it can be caused by a combination of genetic, biological, environmental, and psychological factors.
