What is safety like on campus?
Like any urban city campus you want to be aware of your surroundings. I've always felt safe on and around campus because we have the city's police and we have the campus police. We also have a shuttle service that is free for students that will take you to places around campus. There is also a guardian app you can download to get alerts about what is happening around campus.
How much are football season tickets?
Football student season tickets = $120-150(ish)
Students can put their name in a lottery before the school year starts.
Do any of the dining halls carry gluten-free options?
Even though none of the dining halls are gluten-free facilities there are still gluten-free options for students.
Explain the housing application process for first years. How does UC help people find a roommate(s)?
Submit housing application between Jan-May. Opens early Feb. You can rank the style of the hall you want to live in and UC does it's best to place you there
Mid July-Aug room assignments for incoming first-years move in appointments assigned for first years. Facebook and instagram pages for help finding roommates.
