This means "to change" the Constitution

What are Individual Freedoms?
The accused are guaranteed free counsel when they cannot afford one on their own and are also entitled to a speedy trial by jury. The accused should also be told the charges. Finally, IF the accused goes to court, witnesses and cross-examination are both a protection.
What is 6th Amendment?
During a period of peace, soldiers are not allowed to stay in people's homes without permission. No quartering.

What is 13th Amendment?
This is any power not given to the Federal government that the states or people have instead

Any rights not identified in the Constitution are guaranteed to the people.
What is 9th Amendment?
No one can be tried for a serious crime without an indictment, government blocks the accused from double jeopardy, and people are not required to testify against themselves.
What is 5th Amendment?
Excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment is forbidden.

We no longer have to pay to vote. No poll tax.

This is exposing yourself for committing a crime. Protected by the 5th amendment
