Customer comes in with a complaint regarding a transaction that was completed for him recently, how do we check which rep had assisted them?

Search the agreement in VDOCs and click on "View Agreement" and find the rep name in the agreement, also verify the signature at the bottom, perhaps the rep was using a till that already had SSP open under someone else's name.
