Showering on a regular basis, brushing teeth regularly, changing clothes, doing laundry, cleaning your room/making bed, engaging in healthy activities, getting a good amount of sleep, limit naps and time spent in bed awake, eating regularly and healthily

-It can lead to parental and familial distress
