False! Odds are if one students room is without power, but everything else on the floor is okay, there is a blown fuse. So, ask students to unplug things and check the breaker box.

No! Call, call, call! If you are unsure of the nature of support (GBSV, targeted vandalism/ hate speech, etc), call! 

Odds are, if you are unsure, the Coordinator will want to connect with the student in person based on the nature of the situation.

Outline FIPPA, you cannot confirm/ deny someone lives in residence- even if they give you all the information!
