What is the process with Century Link Transfer?

Warming Agents

• After collecting all needed customer information, Warming agents will be warm transferring the customer to sales
• The Warming agent will provide the customer’s phone number and will have the Direct Sales Account Executive confirm the Agent ID once the lead is pulled up in Axiom

Direct Sales Account Associates

• You will get the customer’s phone number from the Warming agent and enter into Axiom
• Once the lead is open you will confirm the Agent ID in Axiom, then let the Warming agent know that you will take care of the customer
• 
  
  • “ Thank you, I will speak with _______ (customers name) from here”

• In the event that the lead does not populate, ask the Warmer to save the lead again by clicking on Update Summary
• If you are still unable to pull up the lead, manually enter the seven-digit Agent ID and the rest of the customer information
• Do not use Notepad to enter any information provided by the Warming agent, enter directly into Axiom
