This is the fix for when a patron has logged in with their personal user account at one of the printing workstations at the desk - a telltale sign being MIC1PTR does not display in the printing options.

There are 2 known solutions if a patron wants to print a document single sided - name both!
Print on the public printing workstations OR insert blank pages into the document to print via papercut web.
Happy Lights can be found in the following locations at MIC during the daylight savings months.
Basement by hosted workstations, second floor by graphic novels, 3rd floor by Children's award winners. Also rentable at the front desk for 24 hours.

If a patron is having trouble accessing an Ebook through a library link, you can always refer them to referencedesk@champlain.edu. You can also try asking them to clear these 2 things from their browser - one sounds like a slang term for money, and the other a chocolate chip treat.
