This Trap Card that was the bane of many late 2000's and early 2010 decks was banned in 2011 due to how powerful is was at controlling what special summons would resolve by either player paying 800 life points to negate a summon. This card is still banned today.

this trap card doesnt do anything, unless your opponent pops it. but oh boy do you hope he pops it, they're never expecting an Exterio or Last warrior to come out.

This Synchro Archetype's monsters are extremely easy to summon, albeit it requires tributing high attack monsters from hand. this deck has one the most broken continuous spells in the game, but the deck is so bad no one plays the deck anyways.

This trap is like a really bad Vanity's emptiness. Decks like Subterror can try to use it because guru is a dragon, however, once he flips face down the card is useless, since flipping him face up wont reactivate it.

Released in Code of the duelist, this 3000 ATK machine monster makes your opponents monster lose attack, AND burns your opponent as well, but its effects cant applies to monsters without a level. This was also the first "boss monster" Playmaker faced in the VRains anime.
