What is a possible diagnosis of a rabbit where the radiograph revealed the stomach is past L2 and is filled with fluid and gas. Your patient has a BG of >150.
With fluid and gas in the stomach, the probable diagnosis is obstruction. We would treat for shock and decompress the stomach with the consideration of surgery.
Presence of food in the stomach would have us lean more towards the thought of liver torsion. Especially if a lateral view shows a opacity ventral to the stomach.
