We typically have a better sense of validity or invalidity of your accounts within 20-24 months. This is because the creditors and credit bureaus have a certain amount of time they can take to respond to our requests, which we cannot control.

Attempt to connect the call to the assigned File Manager. Follow the proper protocol. After confirming the account details with the client, immediately inform them to send the legal document to ResPro. Inform the client that this will be escalated and the legal team will follow up.

Always refer to our main services - what are we doing for the client? We are providing you with dispute services for invalid and illegal debts, representing you if you are in a lawsuit or get sued on an Enrolled Account, and assisting you with claims against a creditor or debt collector who is violating the laws.
