What is PLEN?

Provides programs to students interested in public policy and leadership. Gives the chance to land an internship in state departments and agencies in Trenton and other organizations dedicated to public policy research and implementation, attend seminars in Washington D.C., and network with state and national leaders in law, public policy, and politics.

What is the Artist-in-Residence program?

Part of broader Gender and Arts program

Participate in a student exhibition curated by Artist-in-Residence. Work with them in workshops and submit independent work for consideration in a show in the Dana Women Artists Galleries at Douglass Library in Spring 2024. This opportunity is ideal for students with an interest or experience in visual art, but is open to all majors.

Does Douglass offer scholarships?

Yes, BUT we don't advertise them or promote Douglass for scholarship opportunities because they are invite only and limited based on alumni donations. Unless someone asks, there is no need to mention them. The Rutgers Office of Financial Aid handles most need- and merit-based scholarships.
