What is the purpose of EVC? 

EVC works together to lead the chapter to a successful realization of its  recruitment goals. The committee has broad responsibilities for educating the chapter  in recruitment matters, for evaluating its recruitment performance, and making  decisions on behalf of the chapter.

How can we incorporate our values into each round of recruitment? 

-Going beyond the superficial questions and getting to know what they are passionate about and talking about what you are passionate about 

-Talk about our philanthropy and highlighting service events! 

-highlighting the purpose of Delta Gamma and being in a sorority that values empowering and educating women around the world

What does it mean to follow a values-based recruitment? 

Delta Gamma wants you to be yourself and represent what you as a member hold yourself to (our values) that is what is most important. NOT recruiting based off of cute vibes!! Focus on who she is rather than what she does!
