How can we instruct the store to release built up pressure in the hydraulic lines that may be causing a full light.

If hoses are secure, have them remove the hoses, tap the metal ends with a screwdriver and reconnect.

Was kitty litter put down? Did any grease go into the storm drain or grassy area? Will additional cleanup be necessary?

What do you do if a store calls and states that they have a HD compactor and that they want an open top, the vendor has not been on site to inspect yet but is due out today?

Explain to the store that while we understand the urgency we have to give the vendor a chance to repair it same day first. If the vendor goes out and needs the unit to stay HD to order parts we will be more than happy to request an open top.

The hydraulic hoses may not be connected. Ask the associate to connect the lines. It could also just be full.
