How can I build in my Traeger?
There are 2 ways we could build in a traeger!
1. Custom Smoker Stand
2. Build islands to the left and right "sandwiching" it (Only the new Timberline XL).
Is the pizza oven we offer gas or wood?
Either, and both! We offer gas, wood, or a hybrid gas + wood pizza oven!
Do we offer financing?
Yes! Through Affirm!
Can I provide my own countertop?
Yes - In fact - providing your own countertop will save you a lot of money!
For the M-series however, they cannot provide their own countertop.
Can I get a granite or concrete countertop for my MOKS kitchen?
No, because the countertop on MOKS locks in and provides additional structural rigidity/stability.
How big is the corner island?
5ft by 5ft across the back.
i.e. a 7ft island on the left, corner island, and another 7ft island would be 12ft x 12ft overall.
Do we sell ice makers?
Yes - from Coyote, Marvel, and Summit. We can incorporate any outdoor Kitchen rated ice maker however.
Yes - Hestan and Lynx.
What's the difference between Blaze and Coyote?
Blaze has multiple lines that can be confusing to navigate (lte, prestige, etc.) and doesn't have strict control over their manufacturing facility.
Coyote has two lines - very simple - and they have someone who lives in China to make sure every piece is Coyote approved!
Do we have self leveling feet or wheels/castors for our kitchens?
No. We use composite shims for leveling, and you can not put wheels on our kitchen!
Do we have a repeat customer discount?
Yes! It's 10% off their second island!
Do we have a contractor or trade discount?
Depending on how many kitchens you do per year we do!
Everyone gets 10% off their second island, but if you do more than 50 kitchens per year the discount can vary even more!

Do we have a military discount?
Yes! 5%.
If someone already has Coyote appliances would we charge for a cutout fee?
No
I don't want the back panel on my kitchen finished, can we do that?
Technically yes - but it doesn't cost us any extra money to finish or not finish a panel.
Can we send samples?
Yes! The design reviewer can help you order those no problem!
Does Coyote or RTA's lifetime warranty apply to commercial applications? (Rentals, condo association, business building, multi-user)
No.
Can I buy just the ceramic briquettes instead of getting the whole S-series?
Absolutely!
Can you do a bar overhang on a grill height island?
Yes! If you used a flat top - you could even have a "hibachi restaurant" experience :)
Do I have to use the corners on my island?
No! You can leave them off - they're just for looks, not for any kind of structural support!
Can we match the finish of the stone that I have on my patio area?
Yes! It's called "scratch coat". It's specially made to be finished by a customer/contractor easily and durably! It would be applied on site, not in our manufacturing facility!
Can just anyone buy a firepit, or is that only for customers/previous customers?
It is only offered to customers who are buying, or have bought an outdoor kitchen from us in the past.
How much would an average 7ft island weigh with everything in it?
About 800-1000 pounds! It's about the same amount as 4 full grown men standing shoulder to shoulder.
MOKS is far lighter. Likely 300-400 pounds.
Do we ship to Hawaii or Alaska? How about Bermuda?
No - we can't ship to any of those. We only sell kitchens that are going to be installed in the 48 Continental united states.
