Auto Stop/Start Recording Deploymentis is currently in use for Dialpad Users

FALSE - we covered a new feature of DialPad which would initiate the "auto start/stop" functionality for call recordings to meet PCI compliance standards. In that blog post a deployment date was estimated around 8/14, however some additional testing was required to complete the change. As of today, our tech team is still working to finalize some details to ensure a smooth rollout, and the feature deployment has been put on hold temporarily.

Zendesk is no longer a way to submit service tickets

TRUE- SA Service for post-order problems has switched from the Zendesk link in Embassy to LiveChat. The service request form has been retired and removed from the LINKS dropdown in Embassy as of Monday. Any team that currently uses the zendesk link in Embassy should begin to use Ops Point Chat instead.

We still have to convert all Proof images to a PNG file

False- Moving forward all files in the proof space in orders will automatically be converted to PNG format. Most proofs are already uploaded this way, but if files are uploaded that are not PNG they will be automatically converted. There is no additional action you need to take. This goes into effect on 8/30

All orders linked as artworks with need to be marked reviewed before any of the orders in the group are eligible for claim by an artist.

What change has just been deployed when cancelling a linked sister order?

When canceling an order that has Artwork/Printing/Shipping/Drop Ship groups linked with sister orders, the canceled order will be automatically unlinked from the group. The remaining active orders will remain linked together. This went into effect 8/28.

We’re changing when we select a decoration method for an order.

TRUE- 

  • You will encounter orders where a deco method is not selected (yet). Do not assign one unless a specific print method is needed.

  • If a decoration method is already set in an order, do not change it unless you need to lock in a different method. 

  • If you manually assign a deco method, it will be locked in and the system will not change it. 

  • If you are linking artwork groups and it is important that all orders in the group receive the same deco method, you will need to assign a deco

What orders will be effected in the uocoming Cost Favorability Decoration Method Selection?

  • This change only affects bulk orders that are eligible for digital or screen printing. All other deco methods will continue to be set as normal. 

  • You will still be able to override and/or lock the decoration method if needed.

  • Orders will have a deco method set before they are claimed by Art.

  • This does not affect SWAG orders
