you invert the dam to prevent moisture leakage. you can do this by using a black spoon, beavertail burnisher, waxed floss, & air.

1) remove rubber dam ligature. 2) remove the clamp. 3)remove frame [optional]. 4) cut dam in the septum area. 5) remove the dam. 6) check for pieces of rubber dam. 7) massage gum tissue around anchor tooth to increase blood flow.

thin, medium, heavy and extra heavy. heavy retracts the tissue the best.
