These types of relationships between peers is strictly prohibited.

The use of electronics, specifically this device, is prohibited during group sessions.

You are unable to do these actions with your belongings for your Peers.
What is share, lend, borrow, sell, etc.?
I am aware that I am to notify Staff if needing to engage in these types of actions while group is in session.
What are making, expecting, or answering phone calls or text messages?
What is sharing things discussed by Peers, gossip, or talking "you know what" about your Peers?
What are drugs, alcohol, paraphernalia, sharp/dangerous objects, weapons, etc.?
What is stealing?
Phones are to be on these settings while group is in session to minimize disruptions and distractions.
What is vibrate, silent, airplane mode, or turned off?
Those near the door often need to stand up to open it during session, when Peers go to this place. The appropriate time to visit this place is during breaks.
Where is the bathroom?
What is swearing, harassing/bullying, or making judgmental, condescending, or degrading statements or gestures to Peers?
We highly discourage this type of unjustified positive discussion about substances and substance use.
What is glorification/glorifying substances and substance use?
Having mutual respect for each other is important. This type of understanding is necessary for everyone to feel safe.
Under no circumstances should these actions be engaged in. These actions are not tolerated by Staff, and are not allowed to happen in these areas and are asked to be reported to Staff if witnessed.
What are pictures, videos, or recordings?
Where is the group room, during group, outside during smoke break, in the hallways, or anywhere else on the premises?
This action is allowed during breaks, so please try to avoid doing this during group.
What is sleeping, putting head down, or closing eyes?
What is Counselors are available after 9:00am, as Check-in is the time to share any important updates and to notify Staff of needing to speak one on one with Primary Counselor?
