I have something to say or ask a teacher so I will sit in my seat and do this.
Raise my hand (while staying in your seat).
What is expected of you when you go to the restroom?
Use the bathroom, wash your hands, throw your trash away, get back to class quickly.
What should you do if someone tries to talk to you in the hallway.
Ignore them
What should you do if you find something that isn't yours.
Give it to the teacher so the teacher can find out who it belongs to.
What is expected of you when you line up?
Say quiet, face forward, stand in order
What are the two ways you can clean your hands?
Washing with soap and water, hand sanitizer
Name one thing you should NOT do in the restroom
Anything that is not respectful or responsible.
Should you be right on top of the person in front of you?
No. Do your best to keep some space please. An arms length should be good.
What should you do if you hear a rumor?
Don't repeat it and tell the person they should stop too. Stop spreading those rumors around. Stop spreading the lies.
What should you be doing if someone else is speaking?
Listen, pay attention, be respectful, and stay quiet
What side of the hallway should you walk down?
Right
What should you do if you have to use the bathroom?
Ask Ms. Toledo, sign out, then sign back in.
What should you do if we are waiting in the hallway before a special?
Wait quietly in line order.
What should you do if someone is being unkind to you or your classmate?
Tell them to stop and be a friend to your classmate. Tell an adult if you think you should.
If you want to talk to your friends, when is a good time? When is not a good time?
Good time: Recess, lunch, mask breaks, after school, before school, etc.
Bad time: If it means getting out of your seat, in the hallway, on line, during a lesson, etc.
How far away should you be from another person if you don't have a mask on?
If someone is in the restroom and not following rules what should you do?
Tell a teacher, be an up-stander.

Respectful listening, following direction, saying please and thank you, etc.

Respect and Responsibility
What should you do if you have to blow your nose?
Ask Ms. Toledo, go into the hallway, blow your nose, wash your hands/use hand sanitizer.
When is a good time to go to the bathroom and when is not a good time to go to the bathroom?
Good time: in the morning, after lunch, during independent working time, etc.
Bad time: During a lesson, during your small group time, etc.
When walking down the hallway what should you be doing?
walking normally, quietly, and be an arms length away from the person in front of you.
How can you be kind to a classmate?
Respectful listening, including people, thinking about their P.O.V., saying please and thank you, etc.
