If a child is in a diaper how often should they be checked?

Diapers shall be checked for wetness or feces at least every two hours, or whenever a child indicates discomfort or exhibits behavior that suggests a soiled or wet diaper. The child shall be changed when found to be wet or soiled.

We prefer no screen time. We prefer the teacher reading and speaking to the children directly.
