What volume should your conversations be in the cafeteria?
Level 1 or 2.
What should you do with the equipment you asked to bring outside for recess?
Take it back to where you got it from when recess is over.
Are you allowed to eat in the classroom?
No, you have to eat outside. You need to have permission.
What does homework time sound like?
Everyone is quietly working. All voices are off.
How should you enter the classroom?
In a quiet line. Sitting in assigned seats.
What should you do with unopened food?
What should you do with unopened milk?
Food goes in the sharing station. Milk goes back to the milk fridge.
When should you be out of your seat?
- When called for supper.
- Throwing away trash.
Should you check in after school before going anywhere else?
Yes! Everytime so an adult knows where you are.
What are you allowed to drink in the classroom?
Water. Only water.
What should you do if you don't have H.W.?
Journal Write. Reading. Word Search. Worksheets. Educational Websites.
When should you be out of your seat?
When permitted unless you have free time.
Should you be throwing things in the cafeteria?
No. You will lose recess and have to stay behind to help clean the cafeteria.
What should you do when you hear "waterfall"?
Say "shh!" and turn your voices off. Give your attention to whoever is speaking.
Where are you supposed to meet me after school every day but Wednesdays?
On the lines by the upper playground basketball courts.
Where would you find extra supplies in the classroom?
Miss Makala's cart in the back. Put back whatever you borrow.
What should you do when Miss Makala is talking to the whole class?
Not talking while she is talking. Give her all my attention.
Where would you find our class schedule or agenda?
Usually on the whiteboard or our Google Classroom.
Are you allowed to use your computers to play games during supper time?
No. Only homework when you ask Miss Makala.
How should you line up in the cafeteria?
One after the other in a straight line.

2. Treat each other with respect even if you're not friends.
3. Speaking to one another with respect. (Not cursing or talking down on one another)
What should you do before you go home?
Clean up your area. Pack up and grab all of your belongings. Push in your chair.

Are you ever allowed to hit, kick, bully, or belittle anyone in our classroom?
No. Keep your hands, feet, and unkind words to yourself.
Can you wander around and talk to friends in a different class/table?
No. You're supposed to stay seated at your table.
Who is supposed to clean up any mess you make?
You are unless a staff member says otherwise.
