Ask for a walk, ask to use the quiet corner, talk to an adult, speak with Miss Morrell, take deep breaths, count to 10, use signals, write feelings
What is one rule at lunch
Sit in your seat, don't steal or demand food, pick up your mess, use the restroom once with permission, leave with an adult, no running, no screaming

Raise you hand, quietly and wait to be called on

Asking for alone time. Using non verbal cues. Asking to use the quiet corner. Asking for a break. Thinking before speaking.
What does social skills mean?
Skills that help us appropriately communicate and interact with others.
When are you allowed to use the quiet corner?
If you need some quiet time to regulate your emotions, at the end of class ONLY IF YOU HAVE DONE YOUR WORK AND YOU HAVE PERMISSION, when you feel mad, frustrated, or sad. Communicate you feelings with an adult.
