I am intended to exploit the success of the first echelon and complete the immediate and intermediate missions.

Conducted from assembly areas for the offensive, form permanent garrison deployment points, from alert assembly regions and from marches.

I am responsible for controlling fires to keep the enemy's head down while not killing my own men.

The offensive usually conducted from positions prepared for advancing or deploying sub-units or from the march. Must be weary of boggy tundra, harsh climates and frequent snowfall.
What is a Offensive in the Norther Regions/Winter
I may assault the enemy on foot or be apart of a maneuver group or fire group mounted on a combat vehicle.
What is a Motorized Rifle Squad.
I come with an extra tank company, an artillery battalion or battery, NBC units, etc.
This force deals with unforeseen problems, replaces the depleted first echelon units, repels counterattacks, and can also be seen as a second echelon force.
What is the Combined Arms Reserve.
I am responsible for completing the task of attacking the enemy in trenches, their guns, tanks and other weaponry in the depth of their defense.
What is the Combat Task of a Platoon.
I am 360 degree defense that has vehicles dug in and camouflaged. BMPs dug in to block avenues of approach and outposts to screen the perimeter.
What is a Battalion Assembly Area.
I am here to dismount as close as possible to the forward edge of the enemy's defenses in areas sheltered by friendly attacks.
What is the line of Dismount.
When dismounted, my formation consists of Infantry Assault Lines, BMPs, and Reinforcements.
What is a Motorized Rifle Platoon.
I am used to destroy the enemy's tactical nuclear systems, elements of precision fire and reconnaissance strikes complexes before they can be employed against the offensive.
