What was hypocritical about the communist revolution and government?
The Communist party did not equally distribute things as promised. They did not give the other "Republics" in the Soviet Union equal power as the Russian "Republic".  They did not allow for freedom of speech.  They used terror and secret police to control people.  Eventually under Stalin they imprisoned or killed anyone suspected of being against communism or moderate.
