What does a typical implementation look like?

We typically quote 90-120 days for implementation, based on the number of integrations, decision making access we have to the customer, and unique use cases. We have implemented in as little as 70 days, and will work closely with each customer to understand requirements and desired outcomes.

What are your biometric markers based on?

Our biometric ranges cover everything from BMI to Blood Pressure, LDL and HDL Cholesterol, A1C, Blood Glucose and Triglycerides. The ranges to determine healthy vs non-healthy are standard based on the National Institute of Health guidelines.

Are you GDPR and Privacy Shield certified?

We are GPDR compliant and Privacy Shield certified. Language is important in this answer, because there is no standard certification for GDPR, only a list of requirements and standards we need to follow to make us compliant.

What is an extension?

Simply put, an extension is a custom feature or workflow built on top of the Limeade platform that allows for a simplified employee experience. Extending the employee experience by connecting to resources or vendors that already live within your internal or external ecosystem. This ranges from delivering an updated security document from your Sharepoint at the right time, to allowing employees to view their PTO balance, to asking a specific question to their HR rep.

Are you helping us create communications content?

We absolutely can, and can provide templates and strategy from the SAE. However, no one knows your culture like you do. We want to empower you as the customer to be able to communicate with your employees, and set up the communications functionality to reflect that self service model.

What are some ways we can target content based on biometric values?

Depending on the biometric screening partner, results will show up for the individual employee anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 days after an onsite fingerstick event. From there, we can target users with Health Contingent Targeting, to send specific activities and interventions to employees with high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, tobacco use, etc.

Where are your data centers located?

Built on Azure, we have data replication regions all across the globe. US East is our main WB Region, US West for Comms. We also replicate our data to data centers in the West Europe region, the Southeast Asia region and the Southeast Australia region.

Can you integrate the events functionality with our Outlook calendar?

We have performed a few integrations with O365 to date. Surfacing news for employees, integrating groupsync from Azure AD to surface information from Sharepoint, etc. We have not yet integrated events directly to the Outlook calendar, but absolutely could explore that for the right customer.

How many languages do you support? Would activities and updates be automatically translated?

We currently are pre-translated in 15 different languages. We employ a 2 step translation process, that begins with machine translation for both activities and updates. Next, all activities and hard coded portions of the platform undergo a human translation to make sure that each user sees content in their native language that is correct and relevant. We use a 3rd party to facilitate the human translation.

Can we as the administrators create our own challenges and activities? 

We want to help you with the heavy lifting! Your SAE will work closely with you to understand the desired activities you want to push out, creating a schedule of activities in implementation, and refining throughout the program year. Its really simple for the SAE to push out a new activity based on the requirements or ideas from the customer.

What information can you share with doctors or our onsite clinics?

Any information we ingest from a biometric screening, we can ingest from a doctors office or onsite clinic. We have done everything from physician fax forms, direct clinic API integrations, to simply rewarding employees for visiting a clinic. All dependent on what type of data the customer wants to receive!

How is your data encrpyted?

It is encrypted both at rest and in transit. At rest it is encrypted using AES-256, and in transit it is sent through a TLS 1.2 encrypted tunnel.

How would you integrate with our Livongo program?

Theres a few ways we could do that! We could set up a simple SSO integration that brings users to their Livongo program without having to leave the ONE experience. We could also work with Livongo to facilitate a deeper integration through our API network, passing information back and forth in real time. Its all dependent on what you want to do for your employees, and how much Livongo is able to work with us!

What are the different sources we draw on to personalize content?

Content is personalized and targeted at the group level based on information received from the customer in the eligibility file. This includes demographics like location, job type and health plan enrollment. We then target activities based on information received from the WBA, biometric screenings, and how a user interacts with the platform (i.e. types of activities joined).

How do you monitor for appropriate content in social posts?

We have algorithms built into certain parts of the platform to monitor inappropriate language. We also have our Customer Support specialists that will look for inappropriate content and remove it if needed.

How do you ingest claims data?

We CAN take in claims data through our partner, WorkPartners. It is not our best practice since claims information can be outdated and rarely tells the whole person well-being picture, but its absolutely something we can facilitate. Our integration with WorkPartners lets us take in the raw claims data, aggregate the information, and target content based on those claims.

Have we ever integrated with SecureAuth IDP?

We support multiple user authentication scenarios. Some of our most common integrations are with ADFS and AzureAD, but as long as your IDP uses SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, or OpenIDConnect as it's protocol, we should have no issue integrating with it. Even if it doesn't, we should still work with it, but we may need to have a scoping call.

Where do extensions show up in ONE?

They are most easily found in the My Tools tab on the bottom right. However, they aren't limited to that real estate. Extensions can show up in My Updates through the form of a specific action or document that is targeted to a user (think receiving an updated security document, or seeing your PTO balance).

Can users select their own incentives or rewards?

We provide a mixture of intrinsic and extrinsic rewards for our customers. We know different employees might be motivated by different things. Through Tango Card and Amazon, a native reward choice process is built in. At this time, however, Limeade does not offer individual reward choice.

Can we have our well-being champions access the Insights Dashboard?

That is certainly something we can facilitate if a customer requires it! Our best practice is to give access to the insights dashboard to a select amount of administrators, who need access to KPIs and broad reporting. However, we can set up emailed reports at specific intervals to admins or champions in the org, and will work with a customer to understand exactly what type of data their champions need.

Does Limeade support tobacco cessation programs?

Yes, we can facilitate tobacco cessation programs through any of our three biometric partners, Aduro, Quest and WPO. However, Aduro is the only partner/platform that can facilitate tobacco cessation programs that are directly tied to an Outcomes Based Incentive model.

What data is stored on a users mobile device?

None! We have the option to cache images for faster performance, but that would be the only instance of any type of data being stored on a user's personal device.

Can you give me an example of a custom extension without a vendor integration?

Something like the weekend challenge is a perfect example. Customizing functionality we already have to share pictures and moments for a specific use case at an organization. Or allowing employees to share healthy recipe ideas.
