You get upset on the playground and you want to hit, push or shove someone you are upset with. What is a way to calm your body since you know you should not have your hands on others?
Take a breath. Count to 10. Walk away and find a space to cool down. Talk to a playground supervisor.
You are sitting at a lunch table and someone who typically doesn't sit with you wants to sit at your table. What do you do?
Welcome them. You might meet a new friend.
If a staff member gives you a direction at arrival or dismissal (walk, keep hands to self, etc.). What should you do?
Follow the direction and be respectful. They are there to help you be safe.
