If chargeable hours booked in TalentLink do not align with your expectations (multiple project conflicts incorrectly elevating your forecast, or conflicts due to vacation/training or non-client activities), work with your engagement team(s) to update in FlexForecast, which sends revised hours to TalentLink. If your engagement is not in Flex, please work with your engagement team to update TalentLink to reflect your chargeable schedule.

When you certify your talentlink, what are you certifying?

  • Your client hours in TL are reflective of your workload. Discrepancies identified should be discussed with billing managers, and billing managers are responsible for updating FlexForecast and submitting changes to TL.
  • All non-chargeable time (vacation, training, recruiting events, etc) has been appropriately added to your TL schedule. Please refer to this quick guide to booking time in TalentLink and use this form to submit time-off requests (associates - seniors only).
  • Please note, you do not need to submit vacation requests in TL for days that are already considered firm holidays.
