Front Kicks

At this point the swimmer has already completed the front kick progression. At this point, we are just working on increasing distance. The swimmer will kick for 10 ft. instead of 5 seconds.

Back Kicks

At this point the swimmer has already completed the back kick progression. At this point, we are just working on increasing distance. The swimmer will kick for 10 ft. instead of 5 seconds.

Freestyle with Side Breathing

All of the assisted steps in the timing and breathing progression are taught in Beginner 3. The end goal for this class is to perform freestyle with side breathing on the alignment board for 20 strokes.
