The Virtual Boy was released in 1995. This was also a game system flop because many people had problems with it. A few reasons were sometimes the 3D could give the player a headache, and because of its high price. The system only sold 770,000 units. It may seem like a lot, but usually for game systems to sell "well", they had to sell around 20 million units and the Virtual Boy only had a small selection of games (only 20 games were ever released).
