No, landlines will not work
Where is the safest in your apartment during severe weather?
The bathroom
Where are weather radios located?
Front desk, kitchen, nursing offices
What should be your response if you hear the fire alarm sound?
Stay in apartment with the door closed and wait for further instructions.

In the main entryway to the building.

Yes - all common areas have emergency lighting, including hallways and garage

Six (F1, moderate tornado 73-112 mph F2, significant tornado 113-157 F3, 158-206 F4, devastating 207-260 F5, incredible tornado 261-318 F6, inconceivable 319-379)
