What is our opening procedure? From start to finish.

Both openers circle the branch, checking the exterior of the branch for any safety concerns  First person arrives and parks in the front, second person pulls around and parks behind the first, after the second person arrives, first person goes in (checks the interior) unsets alarm, sets opening signal. Goes straight to the front door and watches second opener walk up and lets them in.

What are 4 ways to secure confidential information?

1. Lock your computer when you walk way.

2. Keep customer and internal documents locked and out of customer view.

3. Never share or post employee work schedules, cash shipment days, SIDs publicly. 

4. Never keep copies of IDs or personal records.

5. Shred confidential information.

6. ALWAYS ID your customers! :)

7. Always confirm all customer information and bank-sensitive information is cleared from screen before letting customer use computer / tablet
