What are signs of an allergic reaction? What is anaphylactic shock?
Swelling, redness, rash, swollen lips or tongue, difficulty speaking or breathing, short rapid breaths. Anaphylactic shock is a sudden, severe and life-threatening allergic reaction that involves the whole body. The reaction is marked by constriction of the airways, leading to difficulty breathing. Swelling of the throat may block the airway in severe cases.

1. ask students to raise their hand if they need to use the bathroom - then have them line up
2. communicate to your partner how many students & which students you are taking. Check that youre in ratio. Walk out in 1 line
3. have students line up across from bathroom
4. do a visual check of the bathrooms for safety issues
5. send students to the bathroom 2 at a time - use common sense for which students to send in together
6. supervise students in the bathroom by sound
7. bring students back to the classroom as a whole group - complete a headcount
