Isn't the Jet System just redepositing soil on the back of the conveyor? Are we cleaning the bottom of the conveyor? (2 part question)

The steam has enough power to blow debris through the bottom of the belt and down to the floor.

The system is targeted towards cleaning & eliminating yeast & mold on the food contact surface and the sides of the belts, but it does not clean the bottom of the belt. The belts periodically should still be removed to clean the bottom of them, and the frequency can be greatly reduced since we are cleaning the food contact surface & links more regularly.
