Yes, employees can enter in as many direct deposit accounts as they wish.

Yes, it can be viewed in English, Spanish, Dutch, French, French (Canada), English (UK), and English (Australia).

This is controlled by a profile (Locale) setting either for an EIN/location, or for individual employees. It will also require the client to enter translations for anything that is their text in the system, like onboarding instructions, pick list names, etc.

Are employees able to change their role throughout the day?

Yes, employees can utilize the Change Task feature to switch which role they’re performing. The system will automatically clock them out of the old role and into the new role.

Can we create checks for terminated employees or do we have to rehire them in system to pay them?

The system can pay terminated employees without having to rehire them into the system.

When bringing on new EIN’s or large amounts of people, is there a way to mass communicate new documents, re-fill I-9’s, handbooks, etc?

Yes – this can be done with Checklists or Account Created email notification.

No, employees are only able to view their timesheet.

The system can report off all entities as a whole or can be done by each single entity.

Yes, there are government reports in the system (OSHA 300, 300A and 301). These can be populated, finalized and saved into pdf and csv.

Are we able to set up different shifts within the system that have different pay associated with those shifts?

Yes, Wurk will build in the shift rules which can be based off time, location, type of employee, etc. and insert the supplemental rate.

Can employees work under different EINs at the same time?

Yes, employees can work under multiple EINs at once; they would clock out of one EIN and clock into another EIN to track time to each specific one, which would generate a separate paycheck and W2 for each EIN.

Can the system identify if an employee is NOT in compliance with a locality-specific minimum wage rate (#California)? 

No. You can create reports by location/cost center to look for these.

Can we prevent employees from clocking in before their scheduled start time?

No, employees will still be able to clock in; however, we can have the system automatically move their clock-in time to the scheduled start time.

Can we run off-cycle payroll runs for bonuses?

Yes, during implementation we teach the client how to create supplemental payroll runs. Support also assists clients with setting up the supplemental payrolls.
