How do we ask someone why they need ADA seats?


We Cant!

  • “If we have no ADA seats, can you take stairs? If so, how many?
  • “We may not (or do not) have any ADA seats left, what other seat types can be accommodating to you?”
  • “We hold back our ADA seats because many people grab them when they don’t quite need them (ex: someone who is tall who needs extra room vs. Someone actually in a WC)” - emphasize/provide examples of bad behavior to discourage this pursuit

Why cant we split a full season seat into two half season locations?

We have a set mix of Full season, Half season and 10-game plans to make sure we can accommodate all fans based on their budget and schedule.

If a Half Season BFL joined in 2014 and chooses to add on a seat and go from section 130 K 13-15  to section HA 101 S 1-4, what happens to their playoff strip and seat location?

- They will retain a full playoff strip because they were grandfathered before 2021

-They will "more than likely" be second priority and be relocated for playoffs.
