How will the device discount work?

Do all the mobile lines need to use the same name and billing address as your internet service?
Yes. If not, Customer is required to port a minimum of two lines, if address is different. Name must also be updated with mobile provider.
Do mobile bill taxes such as e911 and FUSF count toward competitor costs?
What about Insurance or International Plans?

Which Internet Providers are eligible as competitors?
Any competitor with like Internet service tiers (not DSL) that operate in our competitive footprint. Mobile must be AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile.
If a customer is being owed Guaranteed credits of $270 how much actual credits will the customer receive?
$300. All credits will be rounded up to the nearest $50 increment.
How long will you need to maintain Internet (Primer +) and 2 mobile lines (UNL/UNL+) to get the full DPP Device credit?
12 months. The Device line will need to remain active for 36-months to receive the full credit. Any cancelation prior will result in forfeit of remaining credits.
