If a scholar has an inhaler on them, and you did not know they had asthma what do you do?
Speak with their guardian and let them know they need to inform the Main Office of this condition and bring in an MAF with the proper medication to the MO.
You have called 911 for a scholar health emergency what next steps do you take?
Inform the leadership team
Inform the parent

Administer the epi-pen anyway...

Call 911?
Call 911 and only if they direct you to administer the epi-pen do you do so.
If a scholar has an Allergy MAF, an epi-pen, and also an inhaler in their book bag.
They are having an asthma attack what do you do?
Take them to the nurse, the nurse will call either 911
or the parent depending on the severity of the attack.

-Take them to the nurse
-Tell your leadership team/Ops team
-Inform the parents

What is the NEW NY State law on immunizations?
Scholars can no longer be exempt for religious reasons.

Make sure to tape the bedbug found on scholar in clear tape and turn it into the MO
Put all of the scholars belongings (i.e. book bag, coat, shoes) in a garbage bag
