What do you do when you want to talk in class?
By raising you hand quietly until you are chosen by teacher.
What do you do when you get in class?
Turn off your phone and put it away, get out your homework and begin your Do now.
What do you when you walk in the hallways?
You walk in a quietly and safely.
How do you get your group to work together?
By taking turns talking and sharing.
What do you do to help other be a better student?
You encourage others by saying positive things. No put downs!
How do you ask for help in class?
You ask you partner and group. If you still can't get the answer raise your hand quietly and ask teacher.
What do you do when it is 5 minutes before class ends?
Start putting away computers, clean up area, straighten your rows and get ready to be dismissed.
How many people is considered a group?
2 or more people.
How do students respect other students properties?
By not touching or destroying others property. Ask to use first before taking anything.
When can I use the bathroom?
Before class,after class during lunch recess.
What happens to you when you get water or go to the bathroom after the music goes off?
Make sure you communicate with you teacher and have a pass.
What are the roles for each member?
Manager, Material person, Timer, Reporter, Recorder. Computer Cart Captains
When can I sharpen my pencil?
Before school, during recess time or afterschool. You can also trade your pencil for another.
What do you do when the you miss school?
Obtain missing classwork from missing work folder.
What does a good working group look like?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.
How can you respect others?
By listening to them, taking turns sharing, and using appropriate language and gestures.
How do students line up?
Quietly and to the right of the classroom door, facing forward.
How should you behave in the hallway ?
You should be quiet and walking to your next class, getting water o taking care of business.
What kind of noise will working in group sound like?
Individually-Students will be quiet and focused because they will not disrupting others.
Small Groups- Low volume conversations,quietly working collaboratively and sharing information.
