What do I do when I want to talk in class?

Raise my hand quietly and wait patiently until I am called on.

100

When and how do I enter the classroom?

I do not enter the classroom until I am invited in by an adult. I will line up in a single-file line in front of the lockers and wait patiently to be invited in.

Once invited in, I enter quietly and in an orderly manner. I go directly to me assigned seat and begin the classroom procedure.

When is homework due?

Homework is due the day after it is assigned unless other directions are given. Due dates are posted when the assignment is assigned on Google classroom.

When I come to school late, what do I do?

I need to enter through the office and get a pass.

I get out my supplies, hang my backpack on the back of my chair, and begin the task listed on the board (usually bell work).

Are corrections allowed?

Corrections on daily assignments are not allowed. However, I may retake a test or quiz. I have to fill out the retake form posted with the test or quiz and resubmit the assignment. Once I have done that, I must show up to complete the retake. I only have 1 week from the original testing date to complete retakes.

Where do I enter the building in the mornings?

I may enter the building through the front doors or the gym doors (by the bicycle rack). If I am a bus rider, I will enter through the doors in the science pod.

200

Where will I find my bell work?

My bell work will be in my bell work notebook. If I have lost my bell work notebook, I may use an OOPS! pass for another one, or I may make copies from Google classroom.

300

How do students respect other's property?

Do not touch them or destroy it. Ask to use first before taking anything. Keep your hands, feet, and all other objects to yourself.

300

What do I do if I have left any of my supplies at home?

Problem solve! Depending on which supply you are missing, will determine the best course of action. With the use of your out-of-class pass, Mrs. Weber has supplies that you may borrow.

Anything that you miss in class because of missing supplies is your responsibility to make up.

300

Does Mrs. Weber take late points for late assignments?

Mrs. Weber does not take late points; however, I do not have an indefinite amount of time to finish and/or make up missing assignments.

300

What do I do once I enter the building in the morning?

I use the restrooms by the gym if needed. Then go to the cafeteria to eat breakfast. If I do not eat breakfast, go directly to my advisory classroom. If I want to participate in the maker space, I must have a ticket from Mrs. Kinion.

300

Why do I need to complete bell work?

I will have a bell work quiz every week over the concepts. I may use my notes on the bell work quiz.

I am responsible to make up the quiz. The quiz will be live on Google classroom on the day of the quiz during my regularly scheduled class time. All other make-up times will need to be scheduled with Mrs. Weber.
