What do you do when you want to share in class?
By raising you hand quietly until you are called on.
What do you do when you get in class?
You enter, grab a pencil. sit down quietly, and then read the board for instructions
When should you be able to leave the room?
When given a pass only.
When you come to class late, what should you do?
Knock on the door, come in quietly, and take a seat. When Mr. Hladis is done talking, you can ask about what you missed.
When can you talk to your neighbors?
When Mr. Hladis is not giving instruction and will clearify when to do so.
What do you do to help others be a better student?
You encourage others by saying positive things. No put downs!
How do you ask for help in class?
You can raise your hand when Miss Nielsen calls for questions, or raise your hand after asking people at your table.
When Mr. Hladis asks you to do something, what should you do?
You should do it. No questions.
What should you have with you every day?
writing utensil and ready to learn
How many times should Mr. Hladis have to use her attention getters?
Once.
How do students respect other peoples properties?
By not touching them or destroying them. Ask to use first before taking anything. Putting things back where you got them.
When can I use the bathroom?
During passing period and 15 minutes after the bell and not in the last 10 mins of class ending

What do we do at towards the end of class
Clean the room
Name one dress code rule.
No huge holes in jeans. No hoods. No short shorts or dresses. No hats. No bandanas. No sunglasses
Can you be out of your seat when Mr. Hladis is giving instruction?
No.
What kind of food and drink can students have in class?
Water and occasionally other drinks
When can I sharpen my pencil?
Technically, at the beginning of class. At the appropriate time you can raise your hand to ask to sharpen your pencil.
Returning classwork should go where?
how should to transition to other classes
Walking in the hallways, no loud voices.
What does a good working group look like? and what voice level?
They are sharing, helping, and encouraging others and getting your work or project done.

By listening to them, listening to your teacher, and using appropriate language and gestures at all times.
How are we dismissed from class?
We must be seated and silent in order to be dismissed.
How should you behave in the classroom?
You should be kind, polite, and studious.
When can you use your phone?
At the end of the day.
What kind of noise level should we be at when working on assignments?
Between 0 and 3. Mr. Hladis can hear your conversation from across the room, you are too loud.
