You should not be along the fence line. You are not allowed to go past the fence and you should not be up past the gym doors (with the steps).

No, that is called cheating and it does not help me or the other person.

You should quickly and quietly use the restroom and wash your hands. You should not be talking loudly or playing around. You should clean up after yourself before you leave the restroom.
