By raising you hand quietly until you are picked.
What do you do when you get in class?
You enter the classroom calmly, you walk directly to your seat, you take out a notebook, pencil, and homework, then you complete the do now, and finally you copy the homework and objective in your notebook
When you come to school late, for example like after 9:30, what do you do?
You need to go to the office first.
How are warnings given by the teacher?
By the teacher saying to you "That's 1" or "This is your first warning"
What do you do to help others be a better student?
You encourage others by saying positive things. No put downs!
How do you ask for help in class?
You ask your table partners. If you still can't get the answer raise your hand quietly and wait.
What do you do when the teacher says "Give me 5"?
1. Eyes on the speaker
2. Mouth is quiet
3. Ears are listening
4. Hands are free
5. Body is still

3 warnings.
How do students respect other students properties?
By not touching them or destroying them. Ask to use first before taking anything.
When can I use the bathroom?
Between 10am-1pm and during Lunch

You take out a pencil, homework, and a notebook
How many folders and notebooks do you need for English?
What are they used for?
You need 2 folders and 2 notebooks
Each are for homework and classwork
Whose responsibility is it to come to the teacher's classroom during lunch to serve a detention?
It is the student's responsibility.
What kind of food can students have in class?
Water.
When can I sharpen my pencil?
During class by using the correct hand signal (holding up pointer finger) to sharpen it.
You can also trade your pencil for another.
What do you do when you have to pass out papers to the people in your row?
You take one and pass it back to the person sitting behind you.
How do students get a pink slip?
For example, by fighting, harassing others, threatening others, and bullying.
What is an automatic phone call home in class?
Continuing to eat in class even after warnings are given to you to.
How can you respect others?
By listening to them, taking turns sharing, and using appropriate language and gestures.
How do students line up in the hallway before entering the classroom
In one line
OR
In two lines (girls/boys)
When and how should you behave when you are told to work at a Volcume Level 1?
You should whisper, talk only when you are stuck.
This is during independent practice
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you with a note or a hall pass.
