What do you do when you get in class?
Stand behind your chair to line up for lunch
How do you transition to lunch and connections?
You walk quietly, on the right side in a straight line.
What time do you need to get to school to be considered on time?
Any time between 8:40
When are students rewarded for having a great week of behavior?
On Friday
What can you do to respect each other during partner talks?
By listening to them, taking turns sharing, and using appropriate language and gestures. (and other appropriate answers)
During independent and small group work time what is the voice level?
1; quietly
What do you do before you come to class in the morning?
Get your breakfast!
What times can you use the vending machine in front of the school?
After school
When MIGHT students be allowed to have on headphones?
During the work session with teacher consent, unless students have been told that they can no longer use their headphones.
What do you do with your cell phone when you arrive at school?
It stays turned off and put away in our backpacks.
When can I use the bathroom?
In the morning before class. If it's an emergency I have to fill out the form
What is the procedure for using the restroom?
When might you get sent to Harper?
You will be sent to Mr. Harper if you disrespect your teachers, hit your peers, continuously make inappropriate comments, threaten others etc.
When is our cookout!?
After testing
Can you eat in class?
NO! Not unless we are rewarded by the teacher.
When can I sharpen my pencil?
At the beginning of class.
What is the new bus dismissal procedure?
Sit in the hallway and wait for your bus color to be called.
How do students get rewarded in my class?
By following all of my expectations.
What are the requirements to attend the cookout
No referrals, write ups, ISS/OSS, and MUST show growth on the last MAP & Milestone
How do students line up?
By tables/groups, once they are called by the teacher.
What are the procedures in the cafeteria?
Enter quietly, get everything you need BEFORE you sit at your table. STAY IN Your SEAT! If you need to get up, you must ask Ms. Jester
When can you go out of the class?
You can't unless your teacher sends you with a note, a hall pass or your removed.
