How long should you wait outside a students house at drop off/pick up?
A. Until the parent comes out regardless of how much time it takes.
B. Wait 1-2 mins then call there contact person.
C. Wait 1-5 minutes then call Dispatch.
Should the driver or aide discuss behavioral incidents with parents?
No. The driver and aide should only write the behavior report and let office staff speak with the students sending district.

Yes. The rub rails indicate where the floor, seat cushion and top of the seat is in case of an emergency.
