Talk and listen to kids! Counselors usually talk to kids who are having strong emotions and help them feel better so they can go to class and do their best!
If you and I have a conversation in my office, everything we say is CONFIDENTIAL. What does confidential mean?
Confidential means anything we say in my office is kept between me and you. I do not tell anyone what you tell me (unless you want me to).

What is bullying?
Bullying is when one person or a group of people hurt, scare or exclude someone using their words or their body. They do mean things on purpose and over and over again. One person has more power than the other who wants it to stop.
