Deposition is the dropping off of weathered rock
In rivers sediments are dropped off along the sides or the mouth of rivers.

Biomass is a measure of the amount of living things in an environment.

herbivore- animals that eat mainly plants.
carnivore- animals that eat other animals.
omnivore- an animal that eats both plants and animals.

a group of living things and their environment
how are metamorphic rocks formed?
formed from other rocks by extreme heat and pressure deep inside Earth's Surface.
what was the event that was an example of extreme erosion? What happened?
The Dust Bowl- wind blew dry soil, turned into a large dust storm, that affected the crops soil. Dust covered houses. Animals had no food and would die. Farmers were forced to move.
what is an energy pyramid?
a model that shows how much energy flows through a food web.
what is a food web?
a food web shows how a group of food chains are linked together.
It got longer overtime in order to reach tall trees, this is called adaptation.
what is conglomerate? and how is it made?
conglomerate- it means lumped together, its a rock thats made from larger rocks. It is made by rounded pebbles, boulders, stones, and natural cement.

when a rock breaks down when minerals in the rock are changed chemically
