NO!
Can human and animal cells go through photosynthesis?
No! Photosynthesis only happens in plant cells.
What is a chemical change?
A chemical change creates a new substance.
Mrs. Whitlock had a jar that weighed 25 ounces. She added Alani to it and the new mass weighed 60 ounces. She then froze the Alani in the jar. After the Alani froze, what was the mass of liquid & jar?
60 ounces because nothing changed!! Matter was not created or destroyed just FROZEN!
What do plants turn into food?
SUNLIGHT!
If a liquid becomes a solid, does it gain weight?
NO!
What 3 things do plants need to create their own food?
Air, Sun and Water!
