Why do we wash our clothes after we wear them?
After we wear our clothes, they are covered in dead skin cells, sweat, and other environmental debris (dirt, stains, etc.) Keeping dirty clothes on our bodies can give us rashes and make us stink.

Your voice is off or at a level 1-2, you are in control of your body and keeping it still/moving at a regular pace, you are having appropriate conversations, and you are following the direction you were given by staff.
You are doing a phone call and you start to feel angry. What can you do?
Verbalize to staff how you are feeling and if you want to continue the call or not. You can choose to verbalize your feelings to whomever you are calling as well. Take deep breaths, trace your fingers, write down how you feel after the call.
