How do you tie a Two Half Hitch?

How do you whip a rope?
4b 1. Lay the rope end flat.
2. Take a small piece of twine or cord and wrap it tightly around the end, covering about 2–3 inches.
3. Tuck the end of the twine under the last coil and tie it off.
4. Cut off any excess twine.
